I was raised here in north Orange County. My wife, Lisa, and I have lived in Westminster since 1989. We purchased our home in 1994, proudly raising three sons and a daughter here.

This is where we have raised our family and our home continues to be the hub of activities with family, friends, and neighbors. Mi casa es su casa.

My wife and I have always been active with our children's schools and extra curricular activities. Our long list includes Westminster school PTA's, Girl Scouts, Junior Fire Fighter and Police Explorer programs - and of course sports, cheer leading, color guard, music, and drama.

I work as an Electrical Supervisor for an established residential home builder.

I am responsible for a large workforce, and also coordinate with developers, designers, contractors, and business people.

Attention to detail and safety is paramount, and I know how to get things done right and within budgets.

For the past seven years I have served on the Westminster Planning Commission. The Planning Commission is made up of five Westminster Residents appointed by the City Council. It is given authority to make decisions on land use and development proposals, along with signage, lighting, and landscaping. The Planning Commission is also responsible for approval of business operations, alcohol licenses, and certain types of permits.

I take a thoughtful approach to everything I do. It is important to see both the big picture and all the details, while being open-minded to the perspectives and input from others on the team.

Westminster is a wonderfully diverse place to live and raise a family. I want to see our city thrive and become a place of urban renewal with more green space, walking paths, and safe bike lanes. Our future depends upon creating mixed use and mixed income communities with pleasing architecture, while maintaining historic preservation.

I believe that with community engagement we can become the change we want to see.
